So earlier this week, due to my newly found appreciation for the Rapid Bike, I had the EVO Fuel Module installed on my 690 Enduro as well. The results are excellent. The 2000 to 4000 RPM range is now super crisp, pulls hard, has zero flat spots and cruising in traffic is smooth.

I've gotten to the point in tuning of my 701 that I'm limited by the stock injector (420cc) - it is running 100% duty cycle which is not manageable for long term nor do I have any room for future upgrades. I'm looking to upgrade to something in the 480-500cc range but am having problems finding reference to what would fit in these bikes.
Posted August 31, 2017. There has been discussion here on the 690's limited range and the various plumbed in auxiliary tanks. Because of the always there aspect and high cost they don't seem to be a good option for me. A recent ride had me almost running out of fuel however, a 3 gallon fill. I sweated it a bit.

Also the finish of the seat is great, but the fitment leaves a bit to be desired. The front portion of the seat is too wide and the bumpers do not sit on the frame correctly, like the stock seat does. This leaves a noticeable gap, which was not there with the stock seat. *sigh*. I was hoping the "upgraded" seat would greatly improve my comfort

For 701rr, they can sell you the rally tank kit if you want. Anyway, these rally 690 tanks are pricey, but I think they are the best. You might find also 450 rally tanks, lighter but expensive used by lyndon and walter 690 adventure bikes.

From my understanding, it looks like the 690 got a refresh in 2019. I've seen quite a few '20s and '21s at dealerships, and quite a few '15s and '16s on the used marketplaces. New arkups seem insane right now, so the used 15s and 16s seem like the better option/deal, but are the changes in the new refresh worth circling back and re-thinking
