I can say for sure that black ops 3 doesn't allow weapons crate skins and guns to be used offline. Knowing call of duty, this is just taken to a higher level on newer games. There is probably less and less available offline the newer they are. I know it sucks because cod is amazing offline, but I advise looking at other games. Do you have a pc?

Lots of ways apparently; I prefer using the Squads --> Wargame --> Play Now method. If you like having all of the things unlocked, you can create a custom game in multiplayer and use bots in a secure private server.

Only thing you can do is continually restart the game again and again until it gives you more bots. I don't have that great of a connection and it has never allowed me more than 7 bots, while my girlfriend has a great connection and she can host with 11 bots every time. For me I can only have 7 bots in LAN games but 11 in offline matches.
